Trish is a registered psychologist with qualifications including a Master of Rehabilitation Counselling, a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), and a Master of Professional Psychology. 

Trish has worked in various settings, including schools, private practice and workplaces.  Trish works with children, adolescents, and adults, has a warm and empathic approach, and is trained in a number of therapies including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.  Trish has experience working with many issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, depression, PTSD, OCD, trauma, neurodiversity, stress, school avoidance, self-harm, and difficulties with self-esteem and confidence.  Trish is passionate about building a positive therapeutic relationship with people and being able to assist them with building the skills and knowledge to support and reach their full potential.  Trish is also a Licensed Principal Master Mental Health First Aid instructor and accredited Cool Kids Anxiety Program facilitator.
